Overtone is designed to be explored.
We invite you to navigate the library and explore different sessions, observe how the different instruments make you feel.
Headphones
are highly recommended, as Overtone's sound meditations are recorded in
binaural audio, allowing you to have an experience that feels as if you where in the room with the instruments.
GETTING STARTED
SELECTING A SESSION
Select a session:
Use the home tab for quick access to featured sessions
Use the sessions tab to filter Overtone's library.
Decide for how long you would like to Overtone, and filter by duration.
Learn more about the session by tapping on the (⋮) three dot icon on the top right.
Explore different instruments, you can filter by instrument and by tag by pressing on the filter button in the top-right corner.
Follow your instinct, don't over think it. Whichever session calls you, that's the one you should listen to.
Overtone is non-prescriptive, every season can give you what you want and also what you need.
GETTING PREPARED
Find a quiet space.
Put your headphones on.
Set your spine straight, either sitting or laying down
Begin your session and close your eyes.
Focus your breath for at least three rounds.
Shift your attention to the sounds.

SAVE FOR OFFLINE PLAYBACK
Find the session you want to download: In the Sessions tab, choose the track you want
More info: Tap the three dots (⋮) on the top right corner of your selected session.
Download: Tap on the middle icon (offline download) icon to begin your download.
Access Offline: Find your downloaded sessions using the 'Downloaded' filter on the top part of the SESSIONS tab.
Avoid receiving a call during your session. (Airplane mode is recommended)
BOOKMARK A SESSION
Bookmark a Session:
Before or after a session, tap on the heart icon to add it to your favorites.
Access all liked sessions in the SESSIONS tab on the top left control with a heart icon.
SHARE A SESSION
Sharing a Session:
Tap the share icon to generate a link or share directly through your preferred apps.
